Return Policy

At Paarsita, every jewel is handcrafted with care and inspected before dispatch.
We aim to deliver perfection, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re happy to assist you with an exchange or return.

Eligibility:

You must raise a return or exchange request within 2 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

For verification, a clear unboxing video of the package from start to finish is mandatory.

Returns are not accepted for reasons of personal preference or minor variations, as each piece is handcrafted.

Process:

1. Email us at paarsita@gmail.com with your order ID and unboxing video.

2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

3. If approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement or store credit.

 

Note:

Shipping charges (₹99) are non-refundable.

Paarsita reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet policy conditions.
